About Yasmin
I am a dedicated and patient college student who genuinely enjoys helping others learn and grow. I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel intimidating, which is why I make it a priority to create a welcoming and judgment-free learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
My goal is not only to teach English, but to help students develop the confidence to actually use it. I take the time to understand each student’s individual needs and adapt my lessons accordingly. Whether you need help with everyday conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, or writing, I will work with you at a pace that feels comfortable and productive.
As a college student, I understand the importance of clear communication, organization, and preparation. I bring these qualities into every lesson and strive to make each session engaging and worthwhile. I am also multilingual, which has given me an appreciation for the challenges and rewards that come with learning another language.
I welcome students of different ages and English levels, from beginners who are learning the basics to more advanced students who want to improve their fluency and confidence. Most importantly, I want every student to leave a lesson feeling that they learned something new and are one step closer to reaching their goals.

My approach to teaching English is personalized, supportive, and focused on helping students feel confident using the language in real-life situations. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to each student’s level, goals, and preferred learning style.
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation or review to see how the student is progressing and identify areas that need more attention. We then focus on the main goal of the lesson, which may include speaking practice, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, or writing. I like to combine explanations with examples, conversation, exercises, and practical situations so students can immediately apply what they learn. Each lesson ends with a quick review and, when helpful, suggestions for practicing between sessions.
What sets me apart is my patience and ability to create a comfortable environment where students can make mistakes without feeling embarrassed. I want students to feel that they are learning with someone who genuinely wants them to succeed, rather than simply being taught by a textbook.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced English learners. I can help students improve their conversational English, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, and writing, as well as students who want to strengthen their English for school, work, travel, or everyday communication.
Whether you are starting from the beginning or simply want to become more fluent and confident, I will work with you to create lessons that are useful, engaging, and suited to your individual goals.
