About Rachel
I have an Associates degree in elementary education and I currently work as a scribe/peer tutor. As a scribe, I go to classes with students who have disabilities and help them by taking notes for them and assisting them in anyway they need.

My teaching methodology depends greatly on the students I am interacting with. I think that everyone is different and require unique teaching methods. If possible, it is best to cater your teaching to the needs of the individual and that can only be done once you meet them and understand where they are coming from, as well as what they need from you. I believe strongly that you cannot judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree. Everyone is a genius in their own way.
