About Cynthia

Hi, my name is Cynthia and I am a sophomore student in college. In college, I am also a tutor for subjects I had already taken and grades lower than me. I was also a babysitter for kids and during these times the kids would ask me for help with their homework and I was able to explain their work in an easier way to make them understand it better. I am a very patient person and am great at encouraging students to do their best.

About the lesson

Students should take a lesson with me because I am a very patient person and can explain things very well in detail. At first, I will ask you what information you are learning currently and know/don’t know. From there I will reiterate the things you’ve learned and already know to make sure you are solid on them, and for topics you don’t know as well, I will explain more in depth using examples and give you tips on what I found useful when learning the topic. I am a sophomore college student and I have already started tutoring students at my college for different subjects. I prefer to tutor anyone who needs help in math starting from elementary all the way to precalculus; however, I can help with any core subject up to the high school level.
