About Hope
I am someone in school who really liked school, but was often discouraged because sometimes the school would teach things in a certain way that I found hard to learn. I know students all learn at different paces and in different ways which is why providing your student with a tutor can really help strengthen their learning curve and even give them an advantage in their learning pace. That way when they are at school they are able to understand and participate without feeling discouraged.

I can tutor a variety of ages. I currently work at an elementary school so, I am used to assisting K-5th graders but my degree is in secondary education which makes me qualified to teach 6th-12th graders as well.
I can assist with working on spelling, writing, or reading skills. Especially during the summer when kids are not at school and want to keep them on top of things before the next year begins, or whether that's during the school year for extra lessons and help after school.
I also can help with writing structure, learning how to write essays, understanding different types of literature, as well as for my older students creating resumes, and help write and proofread college applications and college essays.
