I'd say that I use a facilitator teaching style - I give my students the clues and tools to put the puzzle pieces together on their own, but I also demonstrate or provide assistance if they get stuck. I work closely with each student to learn their interests and learning style, and I use that knowledge to make their lesson as engaging and educational for the as possible (while still keeping them focused and on-track).
