About Ashmeet
I have 4+ years of experience in tutoring elementary, middle, and high school students for City Tutors and World Family Childrens Foundation. I have a high school diploma with 10 AP classes including AP exams. I have also started a community club called MentorUs for free mentoring provided to high school students struggling with adjusting to high school. As a future doctor I have a passion of giving back to my community and helping others in any way possible and I would love to provide any type of guidance whether that is educational or noneducational help! I am a big advocate for mental health and prioritizing it first before studies is very important.

During my lessons I make sure to know how the students are doing whether that is checking in how they are or getting to know them a little. I also have breaks during my sessions if students are feeling stressed and fun sessions that include educational games or movies. I make sure my students know the material and always ask questions (never hesitate!). I give homework sometimes if the students are struggling on a specific topic for extra practice and go over the answers during the sessions.
