About Emma
As a student myself, I am studying American Sign Language and English Interpreting, I understand how important it is to have a tutor who works with you to develop your skills. As a tutor I would be prompt and hard working through the lessons. I have even worked with people in the past to help them understand math. While it was not formal tutoring, I have not yet failed to figure out new ways to work with students with methods that work for them. I also understand how hard it can be to not understand ways that are taught in schools which is why I myself have found new methods that make sense to my brain and others.

While I might only be a student in college, I have the skills to teach students in math classes up through Algebra 1 in high school. I myself have taken math classes through college statistics and college Algebra. I plan to work with students and develop lesson plans that will work with the way their brains work including showing them easy ways to calculate answers, make problems easier to understand, and so on. The lessons are for students struggling in math that are in elementary school, middle school, and up through Algebra 1 in high school. In the lessons I would be helping them understand their homework, develop ways for them to work through it, and preparing them for tests. If interested, let me know.
