Carl is a hard-working, dedicated individual who settles for nothing but the best. Academically, he would dedicate a lot of time and effort on his studies and strives to be one of the best student in class. Throughout his university life he has helped quite a number of students improve academically. Aside from teaching students the course material, Carl encourages them and pushes them to believe in themselves using his positive mentality and persuasiveness. This change in mindset is as equally important as teaching lasting for far more than one semester or duration of a course.
