About Jaya
I am a hardworking individual with several past work experiences with young children that has further expanded my understanding of them including the best ways in which to communicate with them and how to level with them. My studies of Psychology has allowed me to understand the most effective ways in which people and children respond to learning and also how to communicate with them as equals. Performance is best in positive, safe environments that can push their skill sets further than they believe.

I am offering Mathematics online tutoring to children at GCSE level and below. I myself received grade 8 (equivalent to A*) in Mathematics GCSE and have work experience of teaching and working primary school children. During that experience I received a warm welcome from the students and was able to build a professional rapport with them and push them to succeed higher in their education. I have also studied Psychology which has allowed me to understand the ways of human thinking more deeply and can apply this to my teaching methods of encouragement and positive reinforcement. Lessons can range from 40 - 90 minutes as I understand children aren't able to stay attentive at their highest for long periods of time.
