About Amanda
I am a recent graduate of Taylor's College. I have finished my pre-university course and would like to teach students before starting university. I do not have any formal teaching experience but I have experience as a peer tutor. Ideally, during the pandemic, I would be most inclined to teaching remotely. I do understand that this has some challenges but I will do my best to make sure the lessons are engaging.

I am comfortable teaching students of any level below university. I would like to assess my students' knowledge before I begin teaching. Rest assured that this does not mean that I would be selecting students based on their assessment scores but this will allow me to determine the areas that I would like to focus on. I would be comfortable providing reference materials to my students if necessary. I am patient, easygoing and I would like the class to be as engaging as possible but firm so that classes can be as productive as possible

Details
I would like lessons to be as regular as possible as math is a subject that should be practised regularly. Should my student wish to cancel a lesson, a notice should be sent to me at least a day before the scheduled lesson. If the notice is not received within the cancellation period, the lesson will be considered as a scheduled lesson and payment would be as agreed.
