About Hamish
My name is Hamish, and I've both worked and studied in many different corners of the hospitality industry.
My specialisation is in coffee, but I am also a qualified cook.
I've built my way up from being a student barista, to head barista and ultimately a barista trainer for one of New Zealand's biggest specialty coffee brands.
In all my years working in this industry, I've been mentored by some of the best unsung heroes who shaped me into the individual I am today. I want to pay it forward by sharing my own knowledge with the future enthusiasts of the world.
