About Cat

I’m Cat, and I help people feel confident with coffee, whether at home or in a café.

I know what it’s like to stand behind a machine and feel unsure if you’re doing things “right,” and I love showing people that it doesn’t have to be stressful—it can actually be fun. More than that, it can become grounding.

Many of my students come to me with 0 experience and feeling defeated by how long it will take them to pull a good shot or steam perfect milk. After one session, they realise they just needed guidance to make it click.

Moments like that are exactly why I teach: helping people see what they’re capable of and remove the mental blocks that hold them back.

I focus on making coffee approachable, practical, and exciting. I don’t just teach the steps—I guide you to understand why things work, so you can experiment, taste, and enjoy the process, turning hesitation into confidence, one cup at a time.

About the lesson

Coffee lessons for adults of all levels, focusing on:
-espresso
-milk steaming
-latte art
-sensory skills
-brewing
-repeatability

Sessions last 90–120 min.

Drawing on competition experience, Head of Training and BDM roles, I bring clarity, taste, and confidence to your daily cup. For clients that want to be intentional about their coffee ritual.
