About Angela
I am 40 years old and have over 15 plus years experience teaching gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, ninja classes, Zumba and pageant routines. I believe that thoughts lead to actions and actions build character. Positivity from the start is the best way to go. When your telling yourself that you cant do something or its too hard go to the root of the problem. Make the voices in your head like you. I have a passion for teaching and strive to be the best me and help make you the best you. I love learning new things especially when I can then pass those lessons on to my students.
