About Matt
Hello! I’m Matt
Born and raised in the UK, Australian-based Matt Rai has been inspired by mind-opening life events; from his firefighting days in his hometown of Nottingham to several stints in India, and more recently, his adventures in Nepal lead him to set up the charity, MySmallHelp Australia.
Playing a dad of two (three, if you count one very loyal puppy!) — Matt strives to be the best version of himself, for himself, which extends to his family, friends, and the world around him.
TODAY, HE’S HERE TO HELP YOU, BE YOU — AND THE UPGRADED VERSION OF IT TOO.
Backed by a BA in Business Studies, Masters in Personal Development and an accreditation from the renowned Jay Shetty Certification School, Matt has entered the coaching game with simple, effective and light-hearted solutions to life’s challenges; delivering well-crafted strategies that guarantee to shift mindsets and deliver results.
