About Charlotte
Singing started for me as a way to process my own musical theater dreams, which eventually led to a BM from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Truthfully, I spent more time behind a piano than I ever expected while training to be a performer.
I have spent 9 years helping others find their footing in this industry. My life in New York keeps me grounded in the reality of auditions, BFA prep, and the grind of the stage. Connecting with teens, adults, and hobbyists allows me to see how different voices navigate the same technical hurdles.
I have spent 13 years performing, which informs how I approach pitch control, belting, and vibrato. Helping a student gain performance confidence is rewarding. I genuinely enjoy the process of watching a student grow. My cat is currently sleeping on my piano bench as I write this.

Vocal progress happens when we strip away the tension and focus on pure, resonant sound. Good technique relies on consistent breathing control, healthy warm up exercises, and a clear understanding of your own vocal range extension.
During our time together, we will break down rhythm and phrasing so you can command the room with ease. Whether you need to bridge your head and chest voice or refine your musical theatre belt, we address the mechanics directly. Relying on 9 years of teaching, I curate exercises that build strength without sacrificing the character of your unique tone.
Grade exam candidates and returning learners appreciate how we map out progress in small, manageable chunks. You deserve to feel secure in your instrument every time you open your mouth to sing. I look forward to hearing your voice develop.
