Hi there! I’m a chess coach who specializes in helping beginners — whether you’re brand new to the game or you know the basics but still struggle with frequent blunders. I understand how frustrating it can feel to lose pieces or games too easily, which is why my lessons are designed to be patient, clear, and beginner-friendly. With me, you’ll start by getting a free strength evaluation, so we know exactly where you are and what to work on first. From there, I’ll guide you step by step through fundamentals like tactics, checkmating patterns, blunder prevention, and simple strategies you can actually use in your games. What makes me different is that I focus only on beginners — I know the exact mistakes new players make, and I’ll give you practical tips to fix them right away. As you improve, you’ll build a strong foundation and confidence, preparing you to eventually move on to more advanced coaching when you’re ready. If you’d like to stop blundering, understand the game better, and finally start winning more often, I’d love to be your coach!

About My Chess Lessons Methodology & Uniqueness I focus on making chess simple, structured, and beginner-friendly. My approach is patient and step-by-step, starting with the basics and steadily reducing mistakes. I use custom Lichess studies, strength evaluations, and practice games to give students both understanding and confidence. What makes me unique is that I specialize exclusively in beginners — I know where new players struggle most, and I tailor lessons to fix those areas first. Languages I teach in English (fluent and clear for instruction). What to Expect in a Lesson Each lesson begins with a quick review or exercise, followed by a clear explanation of a concept (e.g., tactics, blunder prevention, checkmating patterns). Students then practice through guided examples or puzzles. I end with advice, homework tasks, or training games to reinforce the day’s lesson. Target Students My lessons are aimed at beginners: Complete newcomers who don’t know the rules yet. Players who know how the pieces move but often blunder or lose quickly.
