About Ross

I am a down-to-earth geek who loves and hates technology. I am basically stuffed with film and video game trivia. I am meant to reassure you of my professionalism. I wish I could fit all the testimonials from my learners here. Basically, I'm relaxed about all this and try to have a few laughs if possible. I think this is the best way to learn!

About the lesson

I know what it's like to feel like a novice and believe in asking "stupid" questions. I like to teach using analogies and bust through the stupid jargon of IT. I work full time coaching learners and offer half-hour slots. I have 8 years' experience in a wide range of IT fields. I hold CompTIA and Microsoft qualifications.
