I am a lover of Languages and the ancient world. I have found that learning Latin has greatly enriched my own life and this is a gift that I love sharing. Latin education is not just a job for me but a passion and I have always found this to be contagious. Therefore, you can always expect an enjoyable and engaging environment in my classes that make learning not only easy, but a pleasure as well.

Using the methods of Gail Symington's Latin Course, Gwynne's Latin as well as many other resources, I create lessons that fit the needs of my individual students. Every student has different needs and learning styles and I find that this approach creates a enjoyable and engaging environment to maximize learning. I have been studying Latin for 5 years and have been a tutor at the University of Cape Town for 2. I am happy to teach students of all ages and all levels, from complete beginners to undergraduate University students.
