About Zayn
I have been teaching in-person voice, piano, and music theory lessons at a local studio in Seattle since 2024, working with students aged 6 to 60 in a variety of styles. I am excited to be expanding to online lessons!
I am in my final year of my B. Mus degree in Voice Performance at the University of Washington, where I am also completing piano coursework. I am classically/operatically trained with a passion for jazz and musical theater singing as well.
Immersed in the Pacific Northwest arts scene, I work as a professional church musician and have appeared as a soloist at the Cascade Song Festival and Seattle Bach Festival.

Whether you're learning a new skill, returning to music after some time away, or preparing for an audition, I would love to help you reach your musical goals through personalized instruction. I teach voice, piano, and music theory to children, teens and adults via Zoom. My lesson approach focuses on helping students build strong musicianship and healthy technique while encouraging creative expression. I teach a variety of styles, including classical, jazz, and musical theatre.
