About Brandon
I am a classical teacher who teaches grammar and writing at the Middle school level to students of all ability levels. I have written academic papers at the undergraduate & graduate level, and continue to write semi-academic articles for blogs and online journals.

My approach to grammar is more technical, and I utilize the Socratic method of call & response to teach the principles of grammar.
My approach to writing style is more intuitive. I begin with basic sentences and guide the student into increasing levels of complexity, while allowing the student to exercise their creativity.
If necessary, I can also give some general guidance in how to do quality research for academic essays.
