About Myrtil

I'm a passionate French instructor who moved to New York City to follow her passion for movement and wellness. I really found myself helping people train, feel strong, and connect with their bodies. I feel in love with Pilates and contrology 5 years ago and started my teaching career in France. I have almost twenty years of Track and Field background (Sprint and Long Jump) combined with strength training.

About the lesson

My teaching style blends precision, functional training, and high-energy motivation. I can teach classical Mat but you'll surely like my twist; here we love a good fusion workout, so my lessons can blend Pilates, HIIT, sculpt, barre, etc. Lessons are for everyone, come as you are, let's learn and have some fun and we're going to reach new heights together!
