About Michael
Hi, I’m Michael, a civil engineering student with a strong academic background and a passion for helping others understand math. I have completed university level calculus and regularly apply mathematical concepts throughout my engineering studies.
I understand how frustrating math can feel when a concept is not explained clearly, so I aim to create a patient and comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. I take each lesson seriously, come prepared, and focus on helping students build both their understanding and confidence.

Hi, I’m Michael. My approach is focused on making math easier to understand by breaking problems into clear and manageable steps. I explain the reasoning behind each method so students understand the concept instead of only memorizing formulas.
A typical lesson may start with identifying what the student is struggling with, reviewing key ideas, working through an example together, and then having the student solve a similar problem with guidance when needed.
As a civil engineering student, I use calculus regularly and understand where students commonly get stuck. My lessons are best suited for high school and university students studying Pre-Calculus, Functions, Trigonometry, Calculus I (Differentiation), or Calculus II (Integration)
