About Joshua
I am a civil engineer who is also pursuing a degree in nursing. While earning my engineering degree I excelled at multiple higher level STEM courses. These courses ranged from applied physics (Dynamics and Kinematics) to upper level math courses like differential equations. Chemistry was another course I enjoyed taking upper level courses such as organic chemistry and quantitative analysis.
My hope is to help students develop a similar level of passion for the STEM as I have.

Able to provide detailed routes and ways of thinking for physics and math problems. I like to teach a systematic approach for all problems associated with math and physics classes taught at a middle and high school level.
I teach the philosophy of: See | Do | Teach
'See' a math or physics problem completed by me with the help of the student.
The student will then 'Do' a similar problem with minimal assistance from me.
Finally, a student can then 'Teach' by walking me through a problem of higher difficulty, but using the same approach of former problems.
This for me has shown a great amount of success of students grasping concepts and succeeding in classes.
