About RIEL
I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate with a B.Eng. (Hons), specialising in Circuit Theory, Signals and Systems, Control Systems and Digital Signal Processing.
I started tutoring because I enjoy breaking down difficult engineering concepts into clear, manageable steps and helping students reach the point where the mathematics and theory genuinely make sense.
My goal is not just to help you memorise formulas, but to build the understanding and problem-solving skills needed to approach tutorials, assignments and exams with confidence.

My lessons are structured to help students understand both the theory and the problem-solving process behind each topic. I begin by identifying the concepts you are struggling with, then explain the underlying principles clearly before working through examples step by step.
A typical lesson includes concept explanation, worked examples, guided practice, independent problem solving and a review of common mistakes. I can also work directly from your lecture notes, tutorials, assignments and past exam questions.
Lessons are usually 1–2 hours depending on the topic and your needs. My aim is to help you understand why a method works, rather than simply memorising formulas, so you can confidently solve unfamiliar problems on your own.
