About Tobi
I have been training now for 20 years and personally I have trained in hypertrophy (muscle building) and athletic performance.
I am still at the age of 46 training in this way and loving it. Being healthy and strong and looking good is important.

After our initial consultation, I will create a full personalised training plan for you to follow in your own time. Guiding you through the periodisation of your training and nutrition.
Via the EverFit app we can 1-2-1 message, update goals and record all relevant data. You also get a weekly 1-2-1 accountability call with me to talk through your week.
For beginners who don't know where to start or for those who have just lost their way a little and need help getting back on track.
