About Midhun
I am a graduate from Christ University, Bangalore. I Completed my Bachelors in Business Administration specialized in Finance and Accounting. I am also an ACCA aspirant and have completed 11 papers out of 13 papers. I have gained experience by working in Audit firms in Dubai, UAE. Active participant in business fests as well as received award for outstanding contribution from the department. Published 2 research papers in various management journals. Also pursuing CS along with the degree. I completed my 12th from Placid Vidya Vihar, Kerala. I scored A+ for all subjects from the commerce stream and I was also the subject topper for Accountancy in my state for the CBSE Board Exams held in the year 2017. I also scored A+ in all subjects for CBSE 10th Examinations in 2015. I also have a passion for teaching and has always been a mentor for many students.

I always use a teaching technique of interactive leaning. I believe that the student should be in constant interaction with the teacher to make the process efficient and fun at the same time. I try to explain the basic concepts at first and help the student step by step in tackling various problems in the subject. I always motivate them to thin on their own and also guide them through the right technique. My approach to various students shall be in a different way because various students have various capacities and I like to understand their preferences and then tailor my teaching method accordingly. So I use different approaches with different students by understanding their need. If someone doesn't understand any topic, I shall be more than happy to explain it again and again until they understand it. I always encourage my students to ask me questions again and again. I believe that an interactive learning in which the student teacher shall be able to communicate properly shall be the best technique possible. At first I try to break down the concepts to the students. Then if there are any problems, I'll show some examples and then encourage the student to work it out on their own while guiding them at the same time. I am very much capable to teach students from 5th standard to 10th standard as well as from 11th and 12th (commerce stream) and (concealed information) students as well.
