About Joan
I have been a Tutor for 15 years. The average students I have taught in a group is 17 - The have passed their Certificates in NVQ level 2/3. 15 years experience in practical and theory of planning lesson plans.

My teaching methodology is as follows:-
In the classroom I encourage co-operative learning in which I share information with students using both visual and practical activities. Learning how to set up folders of work related to the qualification that students are studying. Study students profiles to gain a better knowledge and understanding how each student learns eg. practical or visual. Making sure my lessons are interesting and planned accordingly to the needs of students and the subjects they are studying.
