About Miguel
I have been practicing tai chi and chi kung for almost 30 years, and since 2004 I have been teaching my students the art of chi kung. It is part of my daily life and has been a blessing to my life, providing me with resources to face everything that life has thrown at me. That is what I offer you, that you connect with your own internal resources.
