About Artus
Hi! I'm Artus, I am a French/Australian student at the University of Sydney studying computer science and neuroscience. I have been playing chess for nearly a decade now, doing so competitively for close to 5 years. I have played at regional, national, and international levels, and I am eager to share my love of this game with others.

Whether it is for fun or to get serious with the game, I am happy to tutor beginner to intermediate levels. I adapt my lessons according to my student’s needs and what they expect to get out of the lesson. Overall, lessons may cover some fundamental concepts of chess, tactics, positional play, openings, tactical patterns/puzzles, and game analysis.
