About Ethan
Hi! My name is Ethan
I have played chess for the better part of 3 years.
I am currently a swim instructor/supervisor at Goldfish swim school.
I pride myself on my effective teaching and communication/interpersonal skills.
I enjoy: chess, spending time with my family, having fun, reading, teaching, traveling, and learning.
Even as a teacher I still enjoy learning about new things everyday and make it my goal to do so.

I use various types of explanation/demonstration to communicate the point of a lesson.
Students will gain understanding of: the rules of chess, how to think during a match, how to study, and how to grow as a player.
These lessons are targeted beginners and early intermediate players who want to take their game to the next level.
