About Riya
As someone who once found it hard to grasp certain concepts within chemistry, I want to help others to overcome this issue and achieve the best result they can.
As a current fulltime student I understand the difficulties of the amounting workload and so will cooperate with the students to find out how much extra work they can cope with at that time. I value the mental health of students and so will try my best to ensure they are getting the most out of each lesson and extra work set.
I hope to help students understand and apply chemistry related concepts whilst having as much fun as they can.

I place a large emphasis on application, we would be going through past paper questions as well as consolidating what you have already learnt.
I would want to know a few days in advance what area you are finding hard/difficult to understand so I can get some specific questions as well as resources to help explain.
I will also carry out timed papers nearer the exam period to ensure the student feels comfortable and able to calm any nerves / anxiety.
Lessons will typically be 1hr long but can go up to 1hr 30 mins
