About Stuti

I am an undergraduate student pursuing BSc (H) Chemistry from Delhi university. I teach the sciences as growing up us a science student I wished to have teachers who did not just focus on ensuring marks on tests but also teach concepts so we could really understand topics. A lack of understanding of subjects leads to the students mugging up topics for exams which results in 0 learning. Rote- learning may be a temporary fix, but for various competitive exams and CBSE , a student needs to be well- versed with these topics. I hope to provide students with this clarity and in-depth understanding of Subjects to ensure their acamedic and professional success.

About the lesson

I am an undergraduate student of Chemistry at University of Delhi, entering my final year. Teaching is a collaborative effort between the student and the teacher. The best way to teach sciences is to build a strong foundation for each subject with clear concepts. This foundation goes a long way for students and helps them even in the future while encountering tougher problems in the subject.

• Regular Tests: Regular tests are a way to ensure constant revision on concepts and to identify any weaknesses or mistakes a student might be making.

• Practice worksheets: The most efficient way to learn science is to practice it. Students will be provided with worksheets containing problems/questions related to the concepts taught in each class. Consistent practice also helps in building the student's confidence in the subject.

• Working on Weak Areas: I do not believe in putting down/punishing students for not grasping concepts immediately. Instead, I would encourage them to identify these weak areas and focus on them , so we can see an overall improvement: in their scores as well as their confidence

• Envisioning Science: A problem most students face is the lack of interest in science,often because they are not aware of the real-life applications of what they are taught. I will focus on these applications and the importance of science in the real world so the students can become more interested in the subjects and thus,try harder.

• I can take online classes for one to one and a half hours, twice-thrice a week during the evening.

• I teach physics, maths, chemistry (upto class 12) ; biology (upto class 10). A focus on CBSE Boards, CUET, IIT-JEE exams is given.
