About Alina

I am a student at FIU currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry as well as my certificate in Forensic Science. I absolutely love science and find it very enjoyable to teach. I never pass an opportunity to teach something to somebody whenever they need it, and I always make sure that they feel comfortable asking questions or asking me to start all over. I have worked two tutoring jobs before and have realized that I love spreading knowledge, and hopefully the love for learning as well.

About the lesson

the thing I care the most about is for the person to learn the skills required for the problems.
I can work with short-term goals, such as an upcoming test, as well as long-term goals, such as passing the class
If the student is currently taking the said subject and is struggling, I will focus on going back to the basics and building up from there, creating a strong foundation that will make things easier for the student.
I am not very strict, I like to joke around from time to time. I am also very patient since I've worked several tutoring jobs before. I will always adjust to the learning pace of the student and slowly try to push that pace forward.
