About Bradley
I am an easy going but reliable person with a Master’s degree in Chemistry. I have benefitted from the experience of tutoring classmates, students of lower years and my nephew, though never before for money. Being fairly young myself, I like to think that I am not intimidating and aim to be as friendly and understanding as possible. I'm also available for guitar lessons, both classical and electric.

I am comfortable teaching Chemistry up to an undergraduate degree standard. I also have A2 level Biology and Maths so I am comfortable teaching up to that standard as well. I can also teach French up to a GCSE standard. I believe that in each of these areas, practice and application of knowledge is the surest way to gain a true understanding. That is why I choose to cover a topic with a tutee and then get them to apply this new knowledge in a set of problems. I aim to avoid rote learning as much as possible because I feel that memorization is no substitute for actual understanding. I also feel the use of technology (interactive diagrams, short videos etc.) can be useful, especially in Chemistry and Biology where concepts require visualisation.
