About Mackenzie
Teaching chemistry has helped me understand that students learn better when they are encouraged to explore concepts rather than memorize information. I enjoy simplifying difficult topics and creating a positive learning environment.
I have a Master's Degree and 9 years of teaching experience with high school and college students. My teaching approach focuses on supporting different learning styles and helping students improve their understanding and problem-solving abilities.

My chemistry lessons focus on creating a strong understanding of concepts through clear explanations, practical examples, and guided learning activities. I help students explore how chemical principles connect with real-world applications.
We will cover atomic structure, periodic properties, chemical bonding, molecular geometry, organic chemistry, inorganic reactions, stoichiometry, acids and bases, solutions, equilibrium, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, analytical chemistry, and laboratory techniques. Lessons include concept explanations, problem-solving practice, revision exercises, and exam preparation support.
I personalize lessons based on student goals, academic level, and learning pace. My aim is to help learners strengthen their chemistry foundation, improve confidence, and apply concepts effectively in different situations.
