About Sahar

Hello! I'm a passionate and experienced educator with over 12 years of teaching experience in Science and Chemistry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Education to further strengthen my teaching practice and stay connected with the latest developments in the field. Teaching isn’t just my profession—it’s something I genuinely love and enjoy. Chemistry has always been my favourite subject, and I take great pride in making it understandable, engaging, and enjoyable for my students. I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and support. As I work towards my master’s, I want to continue engaging with students to stay connected to the classroom and keep myself updated with how students learn today. This also helps me grow as a reflective practitioner. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and build a strong foundation in Chemistry. About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching With over 12 years of experience in the education sector, I bring both expertise and passion to my teaching. I specialise in GCSE/O-Level Chemistry and Middle School Science, catering to students typically aged 11–16 years. My goal is to make science relatable, engaging, and easy to understand, regardless of the learner's background. Teaching Methodology & Techniques: I adopt a student-centred approach, focusing on individual learning styles and pacing. My lessons are highly interactive, blending conceptual clarity with real-world application. I ensure each student gets individual attention, building their confidence and critical thinking skills. I hold a Bachelor’s degree with Chemistry as a major and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Education, which keeps me in touch with the latest educational trends. Additionally, I have completed a Diploma in Teaching with Digital Technologies from Cambridge, equipping me with the skills to design and deliver engaging, tech-enhanced lessons. I effectively incorporate digital tools, simulations, and interactive platforms such as Google Classroom, Jamboard, Quizizz, and virtual labs to enrich the learning experience and keep students actively involved. Lesson Duration: Each session typically lasts 50–60 minutes, providing ample time for explanation, practice, and personalised feedback. Whether the child is struggling with core concepts or aiming to excel in exams, I tailor my lessons to meet their specific needs
