About the lesson

I don't believe in rote memorization or formulaic writing. Because both chemistry and high-level English can feel incredibly abstract, I break complex concepts—whether it is a multi-step stoichiometry problem or a nuanced literary analysis—down into simple, logical building blocks. I focus heavily on structural patterns: once you understand why a chemical reaction occurs or how an essay thesis is built, you don't have to memorize a script; you can execute it independently.

I hold a B.S. in Chemistry and Sustainability alongside a deep, lifelong passion for literature and creative writing. This rare dual-brained background allows me to support students across completely different disciplines with equal rigor. Plus, my background as a certified caregiver means my sessions are deeply patient and empathetic.
