About Paria
I have been teaching general and organic chemistry at bay area colleges for the past two years. I also have 10 years of experience in teaching and tutoring highschool and undergraduate students in the subjects of general and organic chemistry.
Having a PhD in organic chemistry, I understand and realize the challenges of these subjects from my personal experience, which also gives me the necessary skills and tools to help students understand chemistry and excel at it. I have a masters in polymer engineering which also give me a deep understanding of math and physics which helps me to address students questions.
I also have worked at recourse center for students with disability which helped me with developing a deeper understanding of students challenges and coming up with more creative teaching methods.

Chemistry looks complicated, but I believe I can make it simple with understanding this subject!! Once you start understanding the fundamentals and NOT memorizing it, you will be amazed how straightforward is. I use multiple examples and ways to explain the subject and help you learn chemistry.

I will be more than happy to meet at the library or coffeehouse for a lower hourly rate of 50$.
If for any reason you like to cancel your lesson, I will need at least 12 hr notice.
I can offer a lower rate for group of 2 to 3 students.
