About Louis
I graduated from Jeppe Highschool for Boys in 2018, with 5 distinctions and i'm currently studying Bsc Chemistry with Chemical Engineering at Wits. I'm passionate about maths and science in general and I think that tutoring has become my way of expressing and sharing that passion with other.

The end-goal with any student would be that he/she should be able to go on and teach the relevant concepts to anyone else, just like I would've taught them. My tutoring goes beyond exam preparation but rather focuses on understanding the concepts at hand. I thoroughly believe that you only fully grasp a concept once you're able to teach it to someone else.
Most school's curricula is based around test preparation and therefore most teachers focus heavily on this. It makes sense because most teachers end-goal is for their students to pass. But if you shift the focus over to understanding the fundamentals of whatever is being studied it makes the exam (and the entire learning process) much easier.
