About Sarah
I am a current Chemical Engineering student and a division 1 college athlete so I understand that finding time to sit and work on math every day is difficult so that's why it's so important that you are using your very valuable time wisely!
I have been in your shoes before and I understand that building a comfortable connection with your tutor is important- I will be understanding and patient and do my very very best to eliminate any confusion, but I too understand that math and science can be very hard and I encourage you to keep trying!!

Math is all about working through problems and getting comfortable being uncomfortable! As a tutor I love helping people work through problems and answering questions while giving my students some of their own independence to build confidence! I am looking to tutor young students with their everyday math needs, ranging from elementary math to algebra! I am also looking to tutor calculus most specifically Calculus II due to being most familiar with this material, however, I am also willing to tutor for Calculus I!
In terms of what my sessions will look like, I will give time to ask any specific homework questions or questions, then I will review these concepts, clarify any confusion, and then work through practice problems together before having YOU walk ME through the steps to help re-solidify the information!!
