About Oliver
I am currently a first-year Chemical Engineering student at Lougborough University. I have a strong background in maths and physics and I am hoping to use my knowledge to aid others in their pursuit of academic success. I have no formal tutoring experience, however commonly find myself assisting classmates and considered a good tutor among peers. I can confidently tutor GCSE mathematics, and may be able to assist with queries with other subjects, such as physics and chemistry.

I base my classes on aiding your ability to solve problems by breaking down and walking you through questions you have struggled with. Mathematics, at all levels, is a subject based around solving problems; which requires firm understanding of fundamentals, rather that just memorising methods. As a veteran student, I have found that tackling questions with the aid of a more experienced mentor (me) is an extremely efficient way to learn and revise.
