About Steven
I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University. For all 4 years of college, I tutored students at the engineering tutoring center in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. My engineering curriculum allowed me to take extensive courses in those subjects in which I received mostly A's (feel free to check my GPA in the attached resume). In addition, I was a Chemistry Lab instructor for a 2 semester period teaching and leading students in chemistry experiments and analytics. Lastly, I have had multiple internships where I have been able to use my chemistry knowledge in a real-world setting giving me the ability to pass on a more applicable understanding of chemistry.

I am the oldest child in a family of 5 boys that grew up homeschooling. Tutoring and teaching is a skill that I acquired during that time. I am more than capable of tutoring almost any High School STEM course as well as most basic (and potentially advanced) college science courses. My degree background and success in those courses allows me to confidently and successfully lead students through exercises to master the desired subject.
