About Hannah
I have spent my life studying food and food culture. It is an integral part of a person's history and future. From being a cheese specialist to a pastry chef to owning my own ramen food truck, I have explored a wide array of cuisines. My favorite is Japanese food with home-style farm-to-table coming in as a close second. I have my own garden and grow my own herbs and vegetables as well as raise my own meat rabbits and have organic eggs from my chickens. I love to learn and teach every aspect of an ingredient; from the ground to the table.

I am passionate about food and love to teach others, not only how to cook delicious and affordable meals but also enjoy the food science and history behind ingredients and dishes.
