About Xchel ricardo
my name is Ricardo I´m 28 years old, im from Mexico City and I started when I was 15 years old in a small hotel which it was part of Sheraton group, after that I worked in a hotel luxury collection, when I was 23 years old I started to work in a cruise-ship, after that I worked in a big resort in dallas, the last year I was working as a sous chef in a restaurant which it was one of the restaurants in the "120 best restaurants" st pellegrino list, now I´m a sous chef in a luxury resort in Austin.
