I do highly recommend Mr Sumit Samaddar as a teacher as I am so blessed to be his student. He has the ability to easily connect with the students and the talent to teach the simple and the advanced topics of theory of cooking as well as the practical operations in kitchen are both truly superior. He holds a really very good knowledge and works hard to ensure that whatever he teaches throughout his sessions get injected into students' mind.. Apart from teaching qualities he holds a very good behavioural traits as well. So if u chase your passion for cooking Mr. Sumit Samaddar would be the one whom you may trust with your eyes closed as you trust your father, he would put all his efforts to inculcate his knowledge into you and would definitely encourage you and would continously show you the career paths..
