About Jan

About the lesson

I am a qualified Charted accountant who worked at a medium sized audit firm, one of the big 4 audit firms and currently in the private sector for an international group. I had to learn how to balance time and find the best learning solutions as I was completing my studies while working.
I can give one on one in depth tutoring as well as larger classes and training material. Part of my career was to teach audit trainees as well as heading the training committee for mid size audit firm.
I like to gain an understanding of what each student/person struggles with to ensure a tailors approach, each person is unique after all.
I can tutor in the filed of accounting topics, auditing as well as time management and project management. The fact that I had to work while completing my studies, as well as my experience and current role, ensured that I learned how to manage time and projects effectively. Lesson can very from 30min - 2 hours depending on the students needs.
I will be most efficient teaching and guiding high school or university students towards building a career in finance.
I like to see people succeed and if I can add value and be a part of their success, I will be content.
