About Nolu
I am currently a medical student at the Durban university of Technology and throughout my studies I have realised that mental wellbeing is key to any academic success, and I've been giving small talks to students at my varsity and would like a bigger and better platform to emphasize the importance of mental wellbeing.

I always try to stay relevant to the group of people that I am teaching.
But normally I like to start with an ice breaker game or story just to set the mood for the class and then I speak and let anyone else speak.
I speak mainly on based on personal experience and them use facts to back up my statements
