About Amir

I have completed my 2nd CFA exam and have an educational background in business, IT, and finance. I have prior experience as a peer tutor and a teaching assistant at my university which makes me experienced with different learning styles.

About the lesson

I understand the need to be flexible when it comes to tutoring as every student has their own preference. I like instilling structure into my lessons to make sure you get the most return on your investment.

Typically I like starting with theory to ensure you are comfortable with the material. Afterwhich, I believe true proficiency comes from practice so we will be working on a lot of practice questions together.

Amir tutored me in algebra during my first year of university.
His teaching style was clear and focused, making it easy to follow along.

During our algebra sessions, Amir encouraged me to try solving problems on my own first. When I got stuck, he was right there to guide me with helpful hints and tips, making sure I understood

Amir was my high school economics tutor, and I found his relaxed, student-led approach incredibly effective. He patiently walked me through challenging concepts, adjusting his methods to fit my learning style. Amir made the material easier to understand, and I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a supportive and knowledgeable tutor.
