I am Heather Dare. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in Stress Management. I have 12+ years of teaching experience. I am dedicated to helping you relief stress in your life. With a strong foundation in Classical Yoga & modern mobility practices, I blend ancient wisdom with evidence-based techniques to create safe, effective, and personalized session for every body. My approach is compassionate and science-informed. I have worked with all ages and backgrounds. I pride myself on offering a supportive and judgment-free space. Your well-being is my priority. I am continuously expanding my training to ensure you receive the highest standard of service.
