About Sujata
Hi, my name is Sujata. I am a certified ashtanga yoga teacher. During my yoga journey I realized the importance of breath and meditation. Being a regular practitioner I can feel more and more calmer within me. I stopped reacting and started responding. I don't feel stressed anymore. I want everyone to experience it and lead a stress-free life.

I teach variation in suryanamaskara so that the students don't get bored. And we focus mostly on breathing, because breathing is the foundation of yoga. Incorporating breath work into practice creates a sense of mindfulness and presence of mind.. this awareness can lead to freedom from suffering.
